Ben Choi was just recently reunited with his lost Pekingese named friend who had been missing for practically six years, according to the new York everyday News. Choi was contacted by a veterinarian who had scanned Buddy’s microchip.
The microchip determined Choi as the owner, according to the everyday News. Choi rushed to the vet’s office, however the dog’s new owner – Alfred Hayek – had already entrusted to the dog.
The two guy have been in contact, but Hayek stated if Choi wants the canine back, he needs to reimburse him for many years of food, medical treatment as well as grooming, according to the everyday News. Choi stated he is prepared to reimburse Hayek, however negotiations have been tense as well as he wishes to prevent legal action.
